Traci serves as the CEO, branch manager and OSJ supervisor for the Premier Network of Financial Advisors, bringing over 25 years of experience to her role as a co-founder of the firm. Since its inception, she has passionately supported our financial professionals, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive. Traci oversees compliance, including the review of trading activity, suitability evaluations, and educational initiatives for our network. Additionally, she manages the operational aspects of Premier, assisting financial professionals in optimizing their business processes related to payroll, employee benefits, hiring, and other administrative needs.

Traci firmly believes that by providing exceptional support and resources, Premier alleviates the challenges and pressures faced in the financial services industry for our financial professionals and partner branches.

Residing in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Lee, and their three dogs. Traci is a proud parent to two adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson, Jesse Lee. She actively contributes to her community as the board president of Bethany House, an organization dedicated to providing supportive services to young women who have aged out of foster care. In her free time, Traci enjoys gardening, reading, and listening to music, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life.
