Working closely with financial advisers, he facilitates the onboarding of new retirement plans and supports the maintenance of existing ones. Moreover, Josh contributes to the recruitment of new advisers to strengthen the firm’s network.

Having previously served as a Field Service Representative and Wholesaler, Josh has extensive experience in assisting financial advisers with annual plan reviews, enrollment, educational meetings, and acquisition of new retirement plans. Josh focuses on expanding and nurturing Premier’s retirement plans portfolio, collaborating with financial advisers to achieve the same goal. His commitment to empowering plan participants towards a prosperous retirement outcome underscores his dedication to financial well-being and success.

Josh resides in New Tripoli, PA, with his wife Tracey, and their children Andrew and Emily. Their family includes two golden retrievers, Tucker and Teddy. In his leisure time, Josh is dedicated to being a PIAA Football Official and coaching his son’s basketball and baseball teams. His interests also include playing golf, watching sports, reading, and exploring new destinations. A proud graduate of Moravian University, Josh brings a wealth of experience in the financial industry to his role at Premier.
