In addition to his business development responsibilities, Josh is also the Director of Retirement Plans. He brings extensive experience in assisting financial advisors with annual plan reviews, enrollment, educational meetings, and the acquisition of new retirement plans. His background as a Qualified Plans Wholesaler has provided him with valuable insights into these areas, allowing him to effectively expand and nurture Premier’s retirement plans portfolio. Josh is committed to collaborating with financial advisors to enhance their retirement offerings and is dedicated to empowering plan participants to achieve successful retirement outcomes.

Josh lives in New Tripoli, PA, with his wife, Tracey, and their children, Andrew and Emily. Their family includes two golden retrievers, Tucker and Teddy. In his free time, Josh is actively involved as a PIAA Football Official and coaches his son’s basketball and baseball teams. He also enjoys playing golf, watching sports, reading, and exploring new destinations. A proud graduate of Moravian University, Josh brings a wealth of experience in the financial industry to his role at Premier.
