Traci is the branch manager and OSJ supervisor for Premier’s financial professionals. She co-founded the firm more than 25 years ago and has passionately served our financial professionals from the very beginning. She is responsible for compliance oversight, including review of trading activity, suitability evaluations, and providing education to our network. Traci also runs the “business side” of Premier Network, and can help our FPs optimize their business processes with payroll, employee benefits, hiring, and other administrative needs.

Traci believes that by providing quality support and assistance, Premier Wealth Management helps to ease the concerns and strains inherent in the financial services industry for our supported branches.

Traci and her husband, Lee, live in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania with their 3 dogs. They are proud parents of 2 adult sons, a daughter in law and a new grandson, Jesse Lee. Traci gives back to the community as a board member of the LFA Foundation, which serves the needs of autistic children, and Bethany House, which provides services to young women who have aged out of foster care. Traci enjoys gardening, reading, and listening to music.
